Rates:

• Minimum 7 day stay.·
• Prices are up to 14 guests.
• Maximum occupancy - 14 guests (can host up to 18 guests, please inquire with the owner).
• Additional guests are charged at the rate of $50/night/guest.
• All rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change.
• Rates do not include taxes, fees, or surcharges, which are currently 22%.
• We prefer to rent the villa starting on a Saturday and ending the following Saturday.
• A 50% deposit is required for confirmation.
• A completed User Agreement and payment in full are due 45 days prior to occupancy.
• Credit cards, personal checks, money orders, or wire transfers are accepted for payment. We provide refunds only if we can re-book the property for identical travel dates and at the same rental rate.
• Other reservation policies: check-in time, 3 pm and check-out time, 10 am; minimum rental age requirement, 25 years; no pets, non-smoking villa - smoking outdoors only.
